AnnualOperatingPlan
Contributetothedevelopment,implementationandfollow-upoftheannualMaintenancePlanwithaviewtoachievingoptimumresultsintermsofcost,productquality,productvolume,cycletimeandservice,inlinewiththeBusinessUnitPlan.
MaintenanceManagement
Development,implementationandmonitoringofmaintenanceguide-lineswithintheplantplansandinitiationofprocessimprovementsinordertoreducethenumberofbreakdowns,
maximisemachineservicelifeandincreaseproductionefficiency,atminimumservicecost.
Maintenance
Continuouslydevelopthemaintenanceplansoftheattributedmachinesandequipment.
Ensuretheexecutionofthemaintenanceplan:dailyfollow-up,controlandsteeringofthemaintenanceactivities,inqualityandquantity.
TechnicalExpertise
Responsibleforthecontinuousdevelopmentoftechnicalexpertiseofthemaintenancepersonnel.Technicalsupportandbackupforhismaintenancedepartment.
Project-andChangeManagement
Actasprojectleader,orsupportofprojectsasateam-memberforsmallerandbiggerprojectsonyearlybasis.Cooperatewithproductionandengineeringtoinitiate,decide,executemachine-changesaccordingtotheproductionormaintenanceneeds.
PeopleManagement
ManagehisemployeesinrespecttotheAlerisHRrulesandintheperspectiveofdevelopingexpertiseintheteamwhichwillgenerateaddedvaluetothecompanyanddevelopmentfortheindividuals.Guide,motivateanddevelopsubordinatedstaffandensuretheimplementationofHumanResourcespoliciesandpracticeswithin
